Police have arrested a drug smuggler after 4,100 kg of poppy husk was allegedly recovered from his truck coming from Madhya Pradesh here, said Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav on Monday. The accused is Sandeep Singh of Raipur Arian village in Jalandhar. The DGP said the consignment was meant for Jalandhar, Moga and Ferozepur districts.
