Nangal, the first modern city developed in independent India, will soon be restored to its former glory, Punjab cabinet minister Harjot Singh Bains said.
He said that Nangal city, which was developed by National Fertilizer Limited and Bhakra Beas Management Board, has lost its sheen and title as a developed city due to the neglect of previous regimes.
