Chandigarh: The completion of the Satluj-Yamuna Link (SYL) canal missing from its own guarantees for the assembly elections, AAP on Sunday blamed the state’s BJP govt for Haryana’s river-water contamination and drinking-water crisis.
During a media interaction at AAP’s Haryana office, party’s state president Sushil Gupta accused the state BJP govt of making false claims related to the Yamuna waters under current CM Nayab Singh Saini, and his predecessor, Manohar Lal Khattar.The party showed the media what it claimed were water samples from 10 points between Tajewala head to Pundri.Gupta also produced test reports to prove how industrial waste had polluted the Yamuna.
