In the Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) auction that concluded on Thursday, two MIG-II independent residential units, located in Sector 47, were auctioned for Rs 2.31 crore each. The reserve price of each of these two units was Rs 1.78 crore. A total of seven freehold residential units were successfully auctioned by the CHB, from which it earned Rs 6.58 crore (approx).
A unit in Sector 26-E was auctioned for Rs 30.7 lakh against the reserve price of Rs 28.25 lakh. A category IV unit in Manimajra was auctioned for Rs 56.11 lakh against the reserve price of Rs 53.36 lakh. Another category IV unit in Manimajra fetched Rs 57 lakh against the reserve price of Rs 53.93 lakh. In Indira Colony, Manimajra, a category IV unit was sold for Rs 26.12 lakh against the reserve price of Rs 26.01 lakh. Another unit of category IV, which had a reserve price of Rs 25,65,100 was sold for Rs 25,65,111.
