Delhi's New CM Oath Ceremony Rescheduled

The next Chief Minister of Delhi will now be sworn in at Ramlila Maidan on February 20 at 11 AM. With over 30,000 attendees, the event is anticipated to be spectacular. Arvind Kejriwal, the former chief minister, will also be invited to the event.

Participation of the Public in the Ceremony

With this event, the BJP, which has regained control in Delhi after 27 years, hopes to show the public that it is united. Chief Ministers of NDA-ruled states, Atishi, and former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal will all receive invitations. The participation of women and inhabitants from poor communities is being ensured through special efforts. It is anticipated that around 30,000 individuals, including a number of VIPs, will attend the event.

Ongoing Preparations for the Grand Event

The oath-taking ceremony preparations are well underway. There will be crimson carpets throughout Ramlila Maidan. Tarun Chugh, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, and BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde recently met to go over the plans and check out the location.

The CM candidate has not yet been revealed.

The BJP has not yet formally announced its candidate for Delhi’s chief minister, despite the preparations. Whatever the final announcement is, the event will go forward as scheduled.
