In Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a woman in her youth cut off the tongue of a man biting it off in two. During the incidence, the man had attempted to kiss her forcefully and was physically harassing her.
In Kanpur, the ex-girlfriend was forcibly kissed by the man and this brought about serious repercussions. The woman sank her teeth in his tongue. This had occurred in the village of Dariyapur in Bilhaur region. The woman had gone to collect clay in one of the ponds to use in her stove when the man came close to her and attempted to harass and forcibly kiss her. In protest, she took this step. The wounded man has been sent to the Hallett Hospital at Kanpur. A case involving the incident is registered by the police.
Where the Incident Happened
Bilhaur Police Station in-charge Ashok Kumar Saroj said that a 35-year-old Champi of Dariyapur was having an affair with a young woman of the same village. But the marriage of the woman was predetermined in another place, and then she turned her back on him. This angered Champi who continued to make advances to see her.
Monday afternoon, the woman arrived to collect clay towards the pond to make her stove. Champi came there, also, seeing her alone. He started molesting her and even after she opposed to him, he still persisted in pushing himself on her and tried to kiss her. In the fight, the tongue of the man got between the teeth of the woman and she bit down and immediately cut a portion of the tongue.
Took Him to the Hospital by Family.
The incident was witnessed by some of the passing by villagers. They alerted the family of the injured man, who hurried to the location and picked Champi and the cut fragment of his tongue and brought them to the Community Health Centre (CHC). He was later referred to the Hallett Hospital in Kanpur after taking primary treatment.
