Punjab Congress chief Amrinder Singh Raja Warring rallied behind wrestler Vinesh Phogat after her disqualification from the Paris Olympics. Phogat was found to be overweight during the weigh-in for the women’s 50kg freestyle wrestling final. Citing her journey as an inspiration to all Indians, he said, “Though today’s setback is tough, your strength lies in overcoming challenges.We believe in your comeback and are cheering for you. You are a true champion who has made our nation proud.”
