Delhi Next Chief Minister: The BJP started acting even before they formed the government. In accordance with Section 218 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Ministry of Home Affairs has asked the President for permission to bring charges against AAP leader and former minister Satyendar Jain.
