A woman has also been accused of murdering her husband along with her lover in Telangana in Karimnagar. The woman with her lover and one more accomplice murdered her husband by pouring some herbicide into his ear in Kisan Nagar area of Karimnagar city according to the police on Wednesday.
The case of this horrific crime which happened on the 29th of July was revealed when someone reported a missing person. The three suspects have been put in custody.
Karimnagar Police commissioner Gous Alam said that, the lady was 38 years aged and she was in an extramarital affair with 50 years old Karre Rajaiah. It was reported that Sampath, her husband was alcoholic.
The Commissioner believes that the woman had plotted to kill her husband together with Rajaiah and his friend Kesari Srinivas. According to the scheme, the three men kidnapped Sampath by pretending to make a get-together to the outskirts of the city.
Having made him drink alcohol, they would get herbicidal into his ear when he was unconscious causing his death.
At first, the woman made a complaint of a missing person in order to draw attention elsewhere. However, this was not enough since the fact that her answers in interrogation differed created inconsistencies, and therefore the police decided to investigate further. All the three suspects were later arrested. They have been put under judicial custody, and more interrogation is going on. Commissioner Alam termed the murder as one which was premeditated and motivated by criminal intentions.
