Uttar Pradesh News: A trivial disagreement at a wedding transformed into a violent fight which killed a young man on Tuesday evening in Jogini Vaidadh village found within the Karma police station jurisdiction of Sonbhadra district. The celebration of a wedding developed into sad mourning within seconds. A member of the bride’s side used a sharp weapon to murder 20-year-old Vikas Yadav who was a resident of Nagnar Haraiya village under the Robertsganj police station in Sonbhadra during a dispute about chair sitting. The tragic occurrence has turned the community into a grieving state while breaking the heart of the victim’s family members.
Minor Argument at Wedding Turns Deadly
Vikas Yadav arrived at Jogini Vaidadh village’s wedding as a guest from Nagnar Haraiya in Sonbhadra with his close friend Rakesh Yadav from Lalatapur village which exists in the Chakarghatta police station area of Chandauli district. Rakesh Yadav accompanied his cousin Dilip along with his friends Golu and Neeraj when he came to the wedding. A fatal conflict occurred during the wedding celebration after Shiv Shankar Yadav and Ram Dulare and Vinod Yadav came to the location. Disputes arose when the groups could not agree on seating placements and immediately transformed into a violent situation. A person from the bride’s camp used a sharp weapon to strike Vikas Yadav and this attack led to his death.
Succumbed to Injuries Before Reaching Hospital
Vikas received critical injuries so his brother and cousin along with friends hurried him to the Community Health Centre at Rajgarh Bazaar Mirzapur district. Doctors at the arrival declared him deceased. His father Bal Kishun faced the most considerable grief along with other family members when they learned about his death. Every resident feels sadness after this fatal event which brought inconsolable grief to the whole community.
Police Begin Investigation, Locals Demand Justice
Bal Kishun filed a written complaint to Karma police station on Wednesday because his daughter became a victim. According to police the case requires serious attention so an official investigation process began. Officials at the station identified the accused individuals while announcing plans to impose stern sanctions on them. Every person in the area feels both deep sorrow and intense anger because of this incident. People from the local area are calling for immediate arrests combined with severe punishment because they want these incidents to end permanently.
